Despite it is ginger season, prices of raw material remain high translating into firm ginger oil prices. No relief in sight at the moment.
Demand of fresh ginger oil continues to grow and production has not catch up yet. Weather has put pressure in the ginger crop and yields are lower than normal. Prices are firm and availability is limited.
