Over the past 5 years pasta sales have been experiencing a drastic global decline with the movement to low carb/high nutrition based meals.  Luckily, this isn’t entirely gloomy for pasta lovers.  As the carbohydrate alternatives gain traction in snacks, the non-flour based pastas are additionally finding a revival of their own with dishes like pesto cucumber noodles and zucchini celery spaghetti.
