Description of Cassia Oil Vietnam

Originally a native product of ancient China, cassia has since spread to many regions throughout Asia, including its southern neighbor Vietnam. Cassia Oil is steam-distilled from the leaves, bark, and twigs of the Cinnamomum aromaticum plant, which is a close relative of the more well-known cinnamon bush. The oil’s aroma is hot and spicy, with an innate sweetness not present in other varieties of cinnamon. This makes cassia oil ideal for sweet and spicy flavorings used within candy, meat sauces, and dental hygiene products.
