Description of Ginger Oil Chinese

Steam distilled from the highly fragrant rhizomes of the Zingiber Officinale plant, Ginger Oil Chinese provides a warm, fresh, and woody aroma that works excellently in both flavor and fragrance compounds. The flavor is spicy and slightly bitter, but still retains a pleasantly aromatic taste with little to no pungency. In perfumery, this oil can be used to apply a sweet and spicy nuance that blends exceptionally well with other ingredients such as cedarwood, coriander, citrus oils. The Chinese variety is semi-dried prior to steam distillation of the ground rhizomes.
