Senior IT Systems Engineer

Description

Reporting to the SVP Technology & Systems, the Sr. IT Systems Engineer will be a key resource in modernization of existing infrastructure and bringing up in line with best industry and security practices, implementation of new systems (i.e. VOIP, Cloud, etc.), will coordinate major issue resolution with external and internal partners, and, as needed, will assist the Help Desk team with ongoing support issues and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Will drive the technical review and modernization of existing IT infrastructure based on best industry practices and leveraging cloud, develop documentation, and provide additional enhancement recommendations.
• Will review, document and enhance existing Internet Service Provider (ISP) set up. On ongoing basis, coordinates with MSPs/vendors all matters related to day-to-day operations, monitoring, escalations, SLA and other reporting.
• Maintains and monitors Servers, Firewall and Network equipment based on best industry and security practices. Owns all related documentation including, but not limited to process schedules, network and server rack diagrams.
• Will drive the review and documentation of the existing Backups process, enhance existing Backups process, and replace Tapes with a modern solution. Assist IT Leadership with Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity planning and implementation for existing and new systems.

Join a highly successful Company in the Flavor & Fragrance Industry. Our Customer Care Representatives have a key role in Berjé’s Client Satisfaction.  This position promotes customer loyalty by building and maintaining business relationships with customers, executive sales force, and co-workers.
The Customer Care representative position exists to provide front line support to key external and internal customers as well as actual execution of day-to-day order to cash processes. The position tracks order activity, and in so doing, provides pricing, product availability, & shipping schedule information to customers and internal personnel. Requirements include strong interpersonal/communication skills, teamwork, and accuracy with details, problem solving, and critical thinking capability. Previous Customer Service experience in an order management capacity is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Records and processes orders, samples, and/or inquiries received by email, telephone, and/or through personal customer or sales contact.
Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
