What we are seeking:
Berje’ is seeking to engage an experienced salesperson to enhance our growth and expand our client portfolio in the exciting world of Fragrances. You will find us an enjoyable alternative to corporate formality because we thrive on creativity and service to our strategic clients, ensuring that they all receive the utmost attention to olfactive detail and fragrance design. Ideally, candidates have 3-5 years of previous Fragrance development related experience in sales. Just as important, you would have clients who absolutely love working with you that we, in turn, could dazzle together! We seek an individual who is self-disciplined, supremely flexible, and driven to ensure that we maintain our position of creativity and service.
What you bring to the party in addition to previous fragrance sales experience:
Skills at building and maintaining exceptional relationships and customer service with clients.
Self-motivation and high energy
Proven success working internally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to provide cross-sectional success to clients
An awesome sense of smell and ability to converse with Internal teams and clients on olfactive directions
A teamwork ethic and sense of humor (mandatory for our team)
Willingness to work remotely as domestic travel and occasional international travel is required of the position
Able to learn quickly, to cross sell Essential oils and Aromatic Chemicals
A diverse portfolio of clients who will both inspire our creative team to greatness, while assuring mutual growth for you and your clients
