The Fragrance Creators Association recently announced a new expansion of its educational website, the FragranceConservatory.com. The site’s library of information regarding perfumery ingredients now has nearly 100 entries, encompassing everything from the origins of ingredients to their most recent usage in contemporary formulations. The Fragrance Conservatory is primarily designed to act as a scientific resource for buyers, perfumists, and creators alike, with contributions from dozens of groups including Arylessence, Takasago, and Johnson & Johnson. The team behind the site is comprised of over 1000 qualified scientific and technical experts within the industry. Their newest additions allow visitors to not only learn the history behind many different ingredients, but also better understand their sustainability in the global market.
