Description of Parsley Seed Oil
Parsley Seed Oil is an essential oil steam distilled from the seeds or “fruits” of the parsley plant mainly in Europe. Unlike the oil from the Parsley herb, its aroma is not similar to the culinary garnish. Parsley Seed Oil is warm, woody, sweet, and herbaceous with some similarities to the aroma of chamomile. In fragrances Parsley Seed Oil can be used in warm-spicy accords or as part of a herbal note. The oil’s main usage is in flavors as a component of seasoning blends.
